Why "Flying Squirrels"? Because a flying squirrel isn't just a regular squirrel with an added feature—it operates with a completely different, highly specialized mechanism to achieve movement. That specialized mechanism is our metaphor for neurodivergence in the art & creativity.

In many workplaces, the unique processing, intense focus, or different working styles of neurodivergent individuals might be seen as obstacles. We see them as superpowers and specialized skills that are essential for high-end art production.

The Gliding Ability: Some of our team members excel at seeing the final, cohesive tessellation (a surface without gaps or overlaps). This ability to visualize complex patterns and spatial relationships is a unique competitive advantage for large-scale public art commissions.

The Acorn Focus (Precision): Other team members possess an incredible ability for precision cutting and color theory application, focusing intensely on the tiny pieces (tesserae) that make up the whole. This specialized, detail-oriented focus ensures the professional-grade quality required for a high-quality mosaic.
